Pineapple Chicken and Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

For the Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice, brown rice, or jasmine rice

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Rice:
    • Prepare 2 cups of rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
